These small dogs often weigh no more than 10 to 15 pounds.
But don't let their size fool you because a small
dog doesn't mean small personality. I had a Maltese
that was 3.5 pounds and was adorable, of course, but
she had one huge, spunky personality.

toy dog, would go to the beach and run circles around
the bigger dogs. She would dash this way and that and
drive all the dogs crazy with her antics and speed.
And, she had no idea she was tiny. She stood her ground
